Remote support
During a support call, you may be asked to visit this page by a technical support representative. PCC uses a troubleshooting software called Bomgar for remote support assistance.
Bomgar gives support representatives the ability to control your computer, analyze the configuration of your system, and view necessary information to complete the troubleshooting process.
Click on a representative's name to start your session. If no names are listed, call the IT Service Desk at 971-722-4400 or email servicedesk@pcc.edu.
